Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  3. Add the flour, chopped pistachios, and salt to the butter mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness. Use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out shapes.
  5. Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  6. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
