Instructions
- Mix crushed pistachios, gluten-free breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Dip each mozzarella stick in beaten egg, then coat with the pistachio mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry mozzarella sticks for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce.
