Description
A fast and flavorful low-carb dinner made with juicy steak, sautéed peppers, onions, and a savory touch of Worcestershire.
Ingredients
1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1. Slice steak thinly and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sauté bell peppers and onion for 5–6 minutes.
3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
4. Push veggies to the side and sear steak 2–3 minutes per side.
5. Stir everything together and add Worcestershire sauce.
6. Let it cook for 1 more minute and serve hot.
Notes
Serve over cauliflower rice or in lettuce wraps.
Optional toppings: provolone cheese, sautéed mushrooms, hot sauce.
Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days.
