Ingredients

- 16 oz (450g) cremini mushrooms, cleaned and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss mushrooms with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mushrooms evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
Notes
- Use white button mushrooms if cremini aren’t available.
- For extra richness, drizzle with a bit more balsamic vinegar before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
