Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup diced peaches
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead into a dough.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough and spread diced peaches evenly.
- Roll into a log and cut into 8 pieces.
- Place in muffin tins and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze. Drizzle over warm cruffins.

- Let dough double in size for light texture.
- Cool slightly before glazing.
