  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pour over the crust.
  4. Combine chopped pecans, corn syrup, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon melted butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
