Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix flour, 1/2 cup butter, and powdered sugar. Press into an 8×8-inch pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir in pecans.
- Pour over baked crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
- Cool before cutting into bars.
