Description

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Combine pears, ginger, onion, sugar, vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, and salt in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens (about 20 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
