- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk (or water)
- 1 ripe peach, diced
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring milk (or water) to a simmer.
- Add rolled oats and a pinch of salt, stirring occasionally.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until oats are soft and creamy.
- Remove from heat and stir in diced peach and heavy cream.
- Drizzle with honey if desired.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh or canned peaches if fresh ones aren’t available.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
- For a dairy-free option, substitute almond milk and coconut cream.
