Description
This peach lemonade is the ultimate summer refresher—made with real peaches, lemon juice, and fresh mint.
Ingredients
8 cups lemonade
4–5 ripe peaches, sliced
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
Optional: 1–2 tablespoons sugar if needed
Instructions
1. Simmer peaches with ½ cup water (and sugar if needed) until soft.
2. Strain through fine mesh sieve into bowl. Cool syrup.
3. Stir peach syrup into lemonade.
4. Add chopped mint and stir well.
5. Refrigerate for 1 hour or more.
6. Serve over ice with peach slices and mint.
Notes
Use very ripe peaches for the best flavor.
Make ahead and store up to 3 days.
Add sparkling water for a fizzy twist.
