Description

This Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Fruit Salad combines fresh peaches, a creamy no-bake cheesecake base, and buttery graham cracker crumble for the ultimate summer dessert.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups fresh sliced peaches

1 cup strawberries or blueberries (optional)

1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 (8 oz) whipped topping

1 cup crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.

2. Fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.

3. Add sliced peaches and optional berries. Stir gently to combine.

4. In a separate bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and brown sugar for crumble topping.

5. Add half the crumble into the salad just before serving.

6. Chill salad for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

7. Top with remaining crumble and extra peach slices before serving.

Notes

Only add crumble when ready to serve to keep it crisp.

You can substitute with canned peaches if fresh ones aren’t available.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
