Description

This peach blueberry crisp is a warm, fruity dessert featuring fresh peaches, blueberries, and a golden buttery topping. Easy to bake and perfect for summer.


Ingredients

5 peaches, peeled and sliced or chunked

1 cup fresh blueberries, washed and dried

1/2 cup granulated sugar

3 tablespoons cornstarch

Crisp Topping:

6 tablespoons salted butter, melted

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Instructions

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8×8-inch baking dish.

2. Mix peaches, blueberries, sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl until coated. Pour into baking dish.

3. In another bowl, mix crisp topping ingredients until large crumbs form.

4. Sprinkle topping evenly over the fruit layer.

5. Bake 25–30 minutes until topping is golden and fruit is bubbling.

6. Cool for 10 minutes and serve warm with ice cream.

Notes

You can use frozen fruit if thawed and dried.

Add chopped nuts to topping for texture.

Pairs perfectly with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
