Description
Peach Berry Fruit Salad is a vibrant, fresh, and healthy summer side dish made with ripe peaches, mixed berries, lime juice, and mint. Lightly sweetened and ready in 10 minutes!
Ingredients
2 Peaches or Nectarines, sliced or diced (About 2 cups slices)
2 cups strawberries, halved or sliced
1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
2 Tbsp. fresh mint, finely sliced or minced
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
1 tsp. honey or agave
Instructions
1. Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly.
2. Slice peaches and strawberries. Leave blueberries and blackberries whole.
3. Add all fruit to a large bowl.
4. Drizzle lime juice and honey (or agave) over the fruit.
5. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
6. Sprinkle mint over the top and toss again just before serving.
Notes
Use only fresh, ripe fruit for best texture.
Add lime zest for extra citrus flavor.
Store in the fridge up to 2 days.
