Crispy and savory Parmesan black pepper crackers perfect for snacking or pairing with cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 2–3 tablespoons ice water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine flour, Parmesan, salt, and black pepper. Pulse to mix.
- Add cold butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time, pulsing until the dough comes together.
- Roll the dough into a log, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes.
- Slice the dough into thin rounds and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Adjust black pepper to taste for more or less spice.
