Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool slightly before serving. Add syrup or toppings if desired.
Notes
- Add chocolate chips or blueberries for extra flavor.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
