A quick and easy one-pot meal that combines the flavors of a cheeseburger with creamy orzo pasta. Perfect for busy weeknights.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in orzo, beef broth, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- Substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
- Add diced tomatoes or pickles for extra flavor.
