Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in orzo, beef broth, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot.
