Delicious crepes filled with Nutella and fresh bananas.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup Nutella
- 1 banana, sliced
Instructions
- Mix flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, and salt in a bowl.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter into the pan, swirling to coat evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift easily.
- Flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Spread Nutella on the crepe and add banana slices.
- Fold or roll the crepe and serve.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
- Adjust Nutella quantity to taste.
- Keep crepes warm under a towel until serving.
