Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup Nutella
  • 1 banana, sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup batter into the pan, swirling to coat evenly.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift easily.
  5. Flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
  6. Spread Nutella on the crepe and add banana slices.
  7. Fold or roll the crepe and serve.
