Description

Delicious no-bake pumpkin cheesecake bars with a graham cracker crust. Perfect for fall gatherings or a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into a lined 8×8 inch pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the filling over the crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
