Description

Delicious no-bake pumpkin cheesecake balls that are easy to make and perfect for fall.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil together, then dip each ball into the melted chocolate.
  5. Place back on the baking sheet and chill until the chocolate hardens.
