Instructions
- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
- Mix peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir in rolled oats until fully combined.
- Press mixture evenly into the pan.
- Melt chocolate chips and spread over the peanut butter layer.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into bars and serve.
