Description
No-Bake Peach Yum Yum is a chilled, creamy dessert layered with a buttery graham cracker crust, whipped cream cheese filling, and sweet peach pie topping—no oven required!
Ingredients
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
6 T. unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch ground cloves
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. + 3 T. granulated sugar, divided
2 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (21 oz.) can peach pie filling
Instructions
1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, and cloves in a bowl. Add melted butter; stir until moist. Reserve 2 tbsp for topping.
2. Press mixture into a greased 9×9-inch pan to form crust.
3. Beat softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.
4. In a separate bowl, whip cream with 3 tbsp sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
5. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese until well blended.
6. Spread just under half the filling over the crust.
7. Top evenly with peach pie filling.
8. Spread remaining filling over the peaches.
9. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top.
10. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
For a firmer slice, chill overnight.
You can swap graham crackers with vanilla wafers or gingersnaps.
