Description

A simple and delicious no-bake dessert that mimics the flavors of a classic eclair.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  2. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Layer graham crackers in a 9×13 dish.
  4. Spread half the pudding mixture over crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers.
  6. Spread remaining pudding mixture.
  7. Top with final layer of graham crackers.
  8. Warm frosting slightly and spread evenly over top layer.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
