Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Spread the filling over the crust. Smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Top with fresh berries before serving.
