- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Spread the filling over the crust. Smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with fresh berries before serving.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for best results.
- Chill the mixing bowl and beaters before whipping the cream.
- For a firmer texture, refrigerate longer.
