No-Bake Brownie Bites are rich, chocolatey, and require zero baking! Perfect for holidays, parties, or a quick snack.
Ingredients
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup butter, softened (1 stick)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup all-purpose flour
⅓ cup cocoa powder
½ cup mini chocolate chips
8 ounces German sweet chocolate, chopped in pieces
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spread the flour on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Let it cool completely.
2. Using a hand or stand mixer, beat the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
3. Add the vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
4. Add the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder. Mix until it forms a soft dough.
5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips using a rubber spatula.
6. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
7. Refrigerate the brownie balls for 20 minutes to chill.
8. Melt the German sweet chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between each.
9. Dip each brownie bite in the melted chocolate, let the excess drip off, and return to the sheet.
10. Let them set at room temp or pop back into the fridge to firm up.
