- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 2 cups mashed potatoes (prepared)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 slices cheese (for eyes)
- 2 black olives (for pupils)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Let the meatloaf cool slightly, then cover it with mashed potatoes.
- Use a fork to create a mummy-like texture on the mashed potatoes.
- Add cheese slices and olives for eyes.
- Bake for another 10 minutes to warm the potatoes.
- Serve immediately.
