- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted (for decoration)
- Candy eyes (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon batter into the muffin pan, filling each cup halfway.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool, then drizzle melted white chocolate over the bites to create mummy wraps.
- Add candy eyes before the chocolate sets.
