Ingredients

- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- In a large bowl, add the mixed greens, cranberries, goat cheese, and walnuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.

- Add grilled chicken for extra protein.
- Substitute pecans for walnuts if preferred.
- Use apple cider vinegar if balsamic is unavailable.
