- 2 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Place cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the miso glaze evenly over the fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
