Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  3. Place cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
