Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix pumpkin puree, maple syrup, melted butter, egg, and vanilla in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
