Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- Mix maple syrup and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl.
- Remove sprouts from oven, toss with bacon and maple glaze.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes to caramelize.
- Serve hot.
