Ingredients
4 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken breast
8 slices cooked and chopped bacon
5 cups broccoli florets OR 1 pound thawed frozen spinach (well-drained)
3 cloves minced garlic
1 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, broccoli, bacon, garlic, ranch dressing, mozzarella, and cheddar.
3. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
4. Top with extra cheese or bacon if desired.
5. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
Spinach can be used instead of broccoli—just drain well.
