Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in lemon juice, chicken broth, and lemon zest, scraping the bottom of the pan.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
