Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
