Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Stir in ginger, garlic, and green onions. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add coleslaw mix, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
  5. Cook for 3-5 minutes until cabbage softens.
  6. Optional: Drizzle with Sriracha before serving.
