Ingredients
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 large egg
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, and salt.
3. Add almond flour and stir until evenly distributed.
4. Crack in the egg and mix until a dough forms.
5. Let the mixture rest in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
6. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing evenly.
7. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden and puffed.
8. Cool on the tray before serving.
