A rich and indulgent pecan pie infused with Kentucky bourbon and topped with a smooth chocolate drizzle.
Ingredients

- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp Kentucky bourbon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, eggs, bourbon, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir in chopped pecans.
- Pour filling into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until set.
- Cool for at least 2 hours.
- Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil, then drizzle over the pie.
Notes
- Use a deep-dish pie crust for best results.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- For a stronger bourbon flavor, increase to 3 tbsp.
