- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Place chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet.
- Sear for 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip chicken thighs and transfer skillet to the oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
