Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl and season with sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and scramble the eggs until fluffy.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in mayonnaise.
  4. Spread the egg mixture evenly on two slices of bread.
