Ingredients

- 4 slices white bread
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Beat eggs in a bowl and season with sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and scramble the eggs until fluffy.
- Remove from heat and mix in mayonnaise.
- Spread the egg mixture evenly on two slices of bread.
- Top with the remaining slices and cut off the crusts if desired.
- Slice in half and serve.
