Description

Rich and creamy hot cocoa fudge topped with mini marshmallows for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, sugar, and cocoa powder over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until it reaches 235°F on a candy thermometer.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and let it cool slightly.
  6. Top with mini marshmallows and press gently into the fudge.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
