- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and ginger.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add salmon fillets and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Brush the salmon with the honey soy glaze during the last 2 minutes of baking.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
