Ingredients
4 ripe peaches, sliced
2 tablespoons honey
Juice of 1 lime
5–6 fresh basil leaves, chiffonade
Instructions
1. Wash, pit, and slice the peaches.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice.
3. Pour the honey-lime dressing over the peach slices and gently toss.
4. Add freshly sliced basil just before serving and toss again.
Notes
