Description

This refreshing Homemade Raspberry Peach Lemonade blends real fruit, lemon juice, and a hint of mint into the perfect summer drink.


Ingredients

Scale

4 fresh peaches, pitted and chopped

1 cup fresh raspberries

1 1/4 cups water

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup water (for syrup)

1 1/4 cups fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)

7 cups cold water

Ice cubes

Optional: extra peach slices, raspberries, mint for garnish


Instructions

1. Blend peaches, raspberries, and 1 1/4 cups water until smooth. Strain if desired.

2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and 1/2 cup water. Heat until sugar dissolves to make syrup. Let cool.

3. Juice the lemons and strain.

4. In a large pitcher, mix puree, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

5. Add 7 cups cold water. Stir well.

6. Add ice cubes and garnish before serving.

Notes

For a fizzy version, add sparkling water.

Can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge.

Frozen peaches or raspberries can be used.
