- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups powdered milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional for extra richness)
Instructions
- Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, powdered milk, salt, and cornstarch to a large bowl.
- Whisk all dry ingredients until fully combined.
- If using, add chocolate chips and stir.
- Store the mix in an airtight container.
- To serve, mix 3 tablespoons of the hot chocolate mix with 1 cup of hot water or milk.
- Stir well and enjoy.
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, use powdered coconut milk.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
