Ingredients
1⅓ cups yogurt (regular or Greek)
1⅓ cups fresh or frozen fruit (thawed if frozen)
⅔ cup milk
2–3 tbsp honey (or more to taste)
Instructions
1. Add yogurt and fruit to a blender.
2. Pour in milk and add honey.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
5. Chill or serve immediately.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt for a thicker texture.
Try adding vanilla extract or lemon juice for a twist.
