Description

Homemade Cheeze-Its are cheesy, crunchy, and made with real ingredients. An easy and addictive snack you’ll love.


Ingredients

8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese

4 tablespoons salted butter softened

½ teaspoon seasoning salt

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup all-purpose flour spooned and leveled

23 tablespoons ice water


Instructions

1. Pulse cheddar, butter, seasoning salt, and garlic powder in a food processor until smooth.

2. Add flour and pulse until crumbly.

3. Drizzle in ice water one tablespoon at a time until dough forms.

4. Roll out between parchment sheets to 1/8 inch thickness.

5. Cut into 1-inch squares and poke centers with a toothpick.

6. Transfer to baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 14–17 minutes.

7. Cool completely and store in airtight container.

Notes

Try other cheeses like white cheddar or Parmesan for a twist.

Spices like cayenne or paprika add great flavor.
