Ingredients

- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar.
- Add milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Stir until combined.
- Fold in diced apples.
- Scoop spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use firm apples like Granny Smith for best texture.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Serve warm with a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of caramel.
