Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash avocados with a fork to your desired consistency.
  3. Add onion, jalapeño, blue cheese, pomegranate seeds, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm avocados for best texture.
  • For less heat, remove jalapeño seeds completely.
