Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice.
- Toss the shrimp in the marinade until evenly coated. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Adjust the cayenne pepper to control the spiciness.
