A simple Greek-inspired chicken skillet dish with feta cheese and olives.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add cherry tomatoes and olives to the skillet, cook for 2 minutes.
- Slice chicken and return to the skillet.
- Sprinkle feta cheese and drizzle lemon juice.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use boneless thighs if preferred.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with warm pita or rice.
