Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
- Toss chickpeas with olive oil, garlic, parmesan, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway.
- Remove when golden and crispy. Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra crispiness, remove chickpea skins before roasting.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
