Description

A crispy and flavorful gluten-free snack made with roasted chickpeas coated in garlic and parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
  3. Toss chickpeas with olive oil, garlic, parmesan, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway.
  6. Remove when golden and crispy. Let cool before serving.
