Instructions

- Mix coconut, sugar, flour, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk egg whites and vanilla until frothy.
- Fold egg mixture into coconut mixture.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
- Cool before serving.
